Golden Coir Tufts is growing, and we are strengthening the leadership team at our Pollachi factory. If you want to build a career in export manufacturing — alongside a 400+ member workforce making doormats for retailers around the world — we would like to hear from you.

Open positions

• Factory Manager — 8+ years in manufacturing (3+ in factory leadership). Own end-to-end factory operations, drive productivity and quality, and ensure timely execution.
• Assistant Managers (Multiple Departments) — 3+ years relevant experience, manufacturing preferred. Support daily operations, manage teams and contribute to production, quality and efficiency.
• Sr HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) — 3+ years in HR. Lead end-to-end recruitment and payroll operations and support employee lifecycle management.

All roles are full-time and on-site at Pollachi, Tamil Nadu.
