Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to common questions about our coir and rubber mats. For anything else, our export desk is one message away.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by construction and by whether you are running an existing design or commissioning a new one. Share your programme and the export desk will confirm the minimum for each line in the quotation.

How does sampling work?

Counter-samples are produced from your artwork or an approved reference. Timing depends on the construction and whether new tooling or a new print bed is needed — the sampling schedule and any charges are confirmed with your costed proposal.

What are your production lead times?

Lead time depends on construction, quantity, artwork status and the season you are booking into. Seasonal programmes need booking well ahead of the retail window. We confirm a firm lead time against your volumes at quotation.

Do you manufacture under private label?

Yes — private-label development is core to the business. Design studio, printing, backing, moulding and retail packing all sit on one campus, and we work to your brand, artwork, packaging and barcoding requirements.

Which certifications and audits do you hold?

SA8000, amfori BSCI, SEDEX 4-Pillar SMETA, C-TPAT, SCAN and ISO 9001, alongside buyer-specific factory audits. Full detail is on the Quality & Compliance page, and current certificates can be sent to your compliance team on request.

Can you develop to our artwork?

Yes. We hold a design library of more than six hundred designs across seasonal and evergreen ranges, and we develop to buyer artwork. Licensed programmes are run under the licensor's own approval process.

Which backing should we specify?

Available constructions include PVC-backed coir, latex-backed coir, PVC-free dyed coir and moulded rubber. Selection depends on end use, restricted-substance requirements, traffic and weather exposure. The export desk will recommend a construction against your programme specification and target retail price.

What formats and sizes can you produce?

Mats, runners and roll goods, in standard and bespoke sizes, plus shaped and contoured silhouettes. Roll goods allow cutting to any size on site. Exact size ranges per construction are confirmed at quotation.

How is product packed and shipped?

Retail-ready packing, barcoding and labelling are carried out in the on-campus packing unit, and finished stock is staged across two warehouses for container loading. Packing specification, carton configuration and Incoterms are agreed with your order.

Do you accept factory visits and third-party inspections?

Yes. Factory visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday, at our Pollachi campus. We routinely host buyer-nominated and independent third-party inspections.

How quickly will we get a reply?

Within one business day. Send your programme brief — constructions, volumes and target retails — and the export desk responds with recommended constructions, counter-sample options and a costed proposal.
